We try to answer Frequently Asked Questions and Troubleshooting with our products when you install and use
Title: Valve sticks above the tank after install
Introduction:Adjust the float to the proper height.
1. Turn the water off to the toilet at the wall.
2. Turn the valve clockwise until you hear a click.
3. Adjust the float to the fill line inside of the toilet.
4. Turn the valve counter clockwise to lock it back into place.
5. Small corrections to water height can be made by turning the thumbscrew. Counter clockwise to lower the level, clockwise to raise the level.
6. Turn the water back on.
Title: Tank fills too much or partially
Introduction: Adjust the float to the proper height.
1. Turn water off to the toilet at the wall.
2. Turn the valve clockwise until you hear a click.
3. Raise or lower the valve so that the center of float is approximately at the fill line inside of the toilet.
4. Turn the valve counter clockwise to lock it back into place.
5. Turn the water back on.
6. Small corrections to water height can be made by turning the thumbscrew. Counter clockwise to lower the level, clockwise to raise the level (do not go past the threaded stop).

Introduction:1.Check if fill valve float moves up and down freely. Or float might be crushed against cermic wall or other parts.
2.Open up fill valve cap, check if any distortion, breakage, or impurities to sealing surface.
3.Check if fill valve's inlet tube cracking.
4.Refill hose inserted lower than water level

Introduction:1.Water pressure is too low or water supply not turned on .
2.Check if filter clogged by impurities
3.Check if fill valve float moves up and dowm freely ,or float might be crushed again ceramic wall or other parts
4.Inlet tube problem

Introduction:1.Check if any distortion or crack to ceramic flushing hole.
2.Check if flush valve's installation surface is quite uneven.
3.Check if flush valve not installed in place.
4.Check if flush valve hardware or nut firmly locked.
5.Check if flush valve screw touched ceramic bottom
6.Check if flush valve seal is distorted, or any remaining impurity on surface.
7.Check if any space between flush valve rubber seal and sealing surface.
8. Water level is too high, over overflow pipe or tank lever hole
9.Flush valve chain length is too short
10. Ballcock constantly refilling into bowl. etc
